All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases. Any death or illness of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or non-compatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources). Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the R&G Aqua Trading LLC team.

All or any fish bought from R&G Aqua Trading LLC should be quarantined in customer premises in a quarantine  tank, before adding to the main tank. R&G Aqua Trading LLC , The company , The staff, owners , partners , shareholders or any subsidiary of R&G Aqua Trading LLC should not be held responsible nor  held financially accountable for the loss , death , disease caused or stress caused  to other livestock in existing aquarium or those bought from R&G Aqua LLC.

R&G Aqua Trading LLC will replace or refund , at its discretion, for any livestock arrived dead if notified to the delivery team at the time of delivery itself.
